Lockdown chickens

Hi, I'm on day 17 of my chicken eggs so lock down tomo, iv already hatched 1 chick n duck a couple weeks back but since then I lost alot due to saddle airsac really badly, thankfully these 1s don't look as bad but my question is in gona move my chick eggs to the other incubator as still av duck eggs in the 1 there in now, how does everyone keep the humidity steady how often do u fill the water trays at bottom or are u better filling a bowl n putting it in please help xxx

During lock down to refill the tray i just open the lid and refill it without removing the tray and i do not even turn my incubator off
