My wyandotte is lethargic, when she stands her tail is curled down, she’s not eating or drinking much and her belly/vent area feels squishy compared to the other two hens. She also has green/yellow diarrhoea like poo.

I noticed these symptoms approx two days ago, and since have been giving warm epsom baths as it seems to comfort her. As well as hand feeding her whatever she will eat which seems to only be a handful of peas, some yoghurt and some scrambled egg a couple times a day.

I’m treating her (and preventative dose for the rest of the flock) for Coccidiosis, and she is also getting a probiotic mix for electrolytes and vitamins.

She has shown signs of improvements in some ways but not others. She didnt walk at all yesterday, but was much more lively and had colour back in her comb last night compared to the morning. Today she is the same, seems alert and is eating a little bit, she is trying to walk but seems uncomfortable so just sits. She is not drinking so i have been syringing some water with medicine down her throat

She is only a year old and started laying for a few months then stopped a couple weeks ago during a molt and hasnt started laying again since. I recently changed their feed to a 22% protein pellet, they also get calcium and black sunflower seed mixed with it as well as fresh scraps / treats most days. They were also all wormed about a month ago.

What are you giving to treat Coccidiosis? If it's Amprolium (Corid), then stop the vitamins/electrolytes until you finish the course of treatment.

Photos of her poop?

Her face looks to have a yellow orange tint to it?

What did you deworm with?

She went through a molt? During winter? Are you in the U.S.?

I would not mix Calcium and Sunflower seeds with the Feed. Sunflower seeds are generally considered a treat, so with a high protein feed, I'd limit those to a couple of times a week, a little goes a long way.

Calcium or Oyster Shell should be provided separately free choice.

She's been through a molt, how long ago did she finish? At her age, she should have resumed laying right after molt. Does her abdomen below the vent between her legs feel bloated?

What's her crop like?

Work on getting her hydrated, then see if she will eat some wet mushy feed for you. If you think she should have laid an egg and is having a hard time with that give her a Calcium Citrate+D3 tablet once daily for a few days to see if she expels and egg or lash material.

Dosing for Corid if you need it:
Liquid Corid dose is 2tsp or Powdered Corid Dose is 1 1/2tsp per gallon of water given for 5-7 days as the only source of drinking water.
Do not add any extra vitamins/electrolytes that contain B1(Thiamine) to food or water during the course of treatment.

I’m in Australia so it was summer when she molted. After that all three of my chooks also molted and stopped laying one after the other so i wormed them incase that was the issue and also changed to a higher protein feed. Still no one is laying

Not sure if she finished her molt as she still as alot of growing/sheathed feathers on her backside

Her abdomen below vent feels more fluid filled / squishy in comparison to the other two chooks i have. All same litter however the sick one is more of the wyandotte gene and the other two took on more of the Australorp gene.

Her crop feels mostly empty

I added photos of the cocci medicine shes on, as well as the wormer i used a month ago

Doesn't sound like she's finished molting yet. I'd try getting some extra vitamins into her and give her protein a few times a week for a boost. Egg, fish (sardines/mackerel), or meat can be given.

If her crop is mostly empty during the day, see if you can entice her to eat a bit more. Sometimes during molt they don't eat very well.

The urates in the poop photo looks yellow, do you agree? This can sometimes indicate something going on with the liver. Fatty Liver Disease comes to mind, but it's hard to know.
