I am getting burnt out on hatchery chickens. It seems every time I get hatchery birds, they end up being some glob of mixed breeds. My latest crop of black copper marans are laying a pale tinted brown egg, I have had RIR that layed browner eggs. For that reason, I am hopeing to find a private flock that might have some true white plymouth rock eggs. I would like at least 2 dozen fertile eggs. And hopefully from someone that happens to be fairly close to western Nc where I can drive to pick the eggs up. WNC/NGA/ETENN/NA/NSC AREAS WOULD BE GREAT, but if you can ship then other areas are good to.
