Just out of idle curiosity, can anybody identify the breed of the talented actress that portrays Debbie the Chicken in the Netflix series "Lost in Space"?

Just finished the show, and as a person with 41 chickens, I LOVED Don and Debby. I believe she is either a golden star or an ISA brown. Next time I get one of those I’m naming her Debra Abigail West!

Netflix's "LiS" was an OK series IMHO, but my favorite scenes will always be those that featured Debbie the interstellar chicken!

Did you know that she was given that name as an injoke homage to the "Debbie the Bloop" character in the original series?

Thankfully, Debbie the hen doesn't seem to have been abused by the new series' showrunners as was the poor baby chimp that was forced to wear ridiculous prosthetics when portraying the 1960s Debbie. I think we've come a long way as a society in showing respect & understanding for the animals with whom we share this planet.

I think Lost in Space is amazing IMHO! But everyone has their own opinions and preferences. It was great! Except the last episode, it was so filled with plot holes. Do you have any idea how they actually got the robots to like them? Me and my siblings keep trying to figure it out, but can’t. Any theories?
