Lump on bottom of Quail Foot

Hi! I noticed that my quail recently got a big lump on the bottom of her foot, with some yellow-ish spots on it. When I touched it I felt a hard lump in the skin. I thought it was bumble foot so I soaked her feet in warm water mixed with Epson salt. I am also going to put some antibiotics on it later. She doesn’t seem to be affected by this lump, so I want to make sure what it actually is before I do anything that might hurt her foot.

@007Sean has lots of experience with quail. to me it looks like bumblefoot. but I only have ducks geese and chickens.

It looks like bumblefoot to me as well. It's not a bad case, so the epsom salt soak and some attention will probably let it heal right up.
