Make boiled eggs without the shell....

....this is what this gadget is claiming. Basically it is a little plastic egg that you break your eggs into, close and boil. It is supposed to make boiled eggs that you don't need to peel. Has anyone tried these things? Is it a waste of $10?

i got them. If you are just making hard boiled eggs they work ok but if you are making deviled eggs they suck because they are flat on the top. And the yoke floats to the top and they are shaped like a triangle.

don't bother, my wife bought some and the went in the trash after the first try.

I just tried something that worked. Fresh (same day) eggs. Before putting them in cold water I very lightly cracked them. Put them in cold water. Once the water started boiling I let them boil for 20 minutes. That was probably a little to long, 15 - 17 would have probably worked better. They peeled great.
