Making a large chicken breed

Hello. Sometime in the next few weeks I am hoping to get an indio gigante cockerel. I have at least two indio gigante mix chicks. I want to make a big chicken starting from these birds. All I have right now are those three. My largest hen is an Orpington but she isn't that big since she is hatchery quality. My goal is to get a really tall, meaty bird that lays decently and makes a great mother and a great forager. I know large birds take a long time to reach full size, so I'm going to add something for accelerated growth. @MysteryChicken

Malays have variable growth rates.

I was thinking of adding them or some other kind of tall bird to the project.

If you are looking to add larger orpingtons to your breeding program I would suggest Papa’s Poultry. My hens are giant compared to my hatchery Orpington hen and the roosters are so big that all of my neighbors thought I had turkeys in my one pen. Even the farrier who raises turkeys stopped by the pen and said “Wait those are chickens? What in the world are they? They are as big as my turkeys!?”.
