Mallards and clipping wings

Hi all just wondering at what age mallards wings should be clipped? We have a large pen for my 3 mallards but I like to let them forage around the main garden when I'm home. On Monday I looked out the window to find them flying over the fence, I assume something scared them as they are only 9 weeks and I hadn't seen them fly before! Ironically the one which had angel wing was flying the best after his/her recovery! After a panic I found one in a neighbours garden and about an hour later the other two came walking in the front garden proud as punch. Anyway I don't want to have to keep them in the pen so would like to get em clipped but reading to wait until 15 weeks?

Such pretty little ones. Yes clip now since they are flying, I only clip on wing on my Muscovy and that keeps them grounded.
