Measurements for bantam breeding pens?

Im looking into building some breeding pens (off ground) for my bantams.

What size does the "house" part need to be (incluing nest box)?
How big should the cage/pen itself be?
How far off the ground?
Is solid or wire flooring best? (I have some feathered footed chickens)

Here are some 3 ft by 4ft. two foot tall cages I have built. I usually house a trio or a quad if they are small birds.

the birds will have to be housed outside though and im too short to stack them

im about to build some and im going to make them 3x3 with 2 nest boxes (10''x10'') with a run either 8 or ten feet long what ever long my wood is that i have the house will wave a wood floor with
27 cent peel and stick tiles or leftover hard wood flooring that cleans easier in my other coop. i hope this helps if you havent already buillt them yet.
