A few days ago, the coop was accidentally left open and the next day, all 4 chickens were out and we only found 3. My favorite chicken, a speckled sussex named Tina, has gone missing. It's been 2-3 days now and I've looked for her every day and I can't find her anywhere. There are feathers around, but the majority that I saw were easter egger feathers, and both easter eggers are fine. No blood anywhere. Should I give up hope and just accept that a coyote or fox might have got her?

If you've searched the whole area good and spoken with neighbors its safe to assume she is lost or was carried off. Leaving the door open is an open invitation to predators. I highly recommend an automatic door in case someone forgets because It'll be back for the rest of them .Sorry!

if you have birds of prey around like hawks or falcons they will a lot of times leave no trace. I’m so sorry and will hope she comes back to you

Gosh, how distressing and, Of Course, it had to be your favorite!! I do agree with @Kkoleckar, a bird of prey would leave no trace. I know if this happened to me, I would forever be looking for her and hoping. I'm so sorry this happened!
