Missing Feathers on Chickens

Hi all,

I've noticed that several members of my flock have had a lot of missing feathers on their neck and head areas. I don't believe it's from pecking, because even the ones at the top of the pecking order have them, and the chickens don't viciously peck each other. I've uploaded the best pictures I could take, but they don't show the real damage because my girls love to move around when I try to take pictures of them . If anyone has any suggestions or ideas on what these could be from I would love to hear them. Thanks so much in advance!

Do you have a rooster? I have a hen who is the same way, but hers is worse. The rooster grabs their head or neck to get on them to mate.

No, not that I've noticed. They're usually pretty friendly to each other except for the occasional light peck.
