Investigating Missing trophies?

Hello, I use the app BYC on my smartphone (Android).
I saw that I can get points for completing the trophies. So far, however, I have received the trophies of the likes received, but not those of the likes sent and the rated pages, although I know I have already completed the objectives of these trophies. Am I doing something wrong or there is a problem?

There’s some bugs that need to be worked out. I haven’t received a lot of my trophies either. They’re doing their best to fix it but they can only work on so many things at once so I’m patient

I've been having the same problem. I'm well over 1,000 likes given but haven't received any of the "likes given" trophy points. This is good to know that there is a glitch going on! Hope they can resolve all the issues!

I haven't received points for rates pages either. Bumping this post! Hoping they can fix it

I'm glad I'm not alone in this! I seem to be getting the message and like ones, but haven't received any of the page ratings or posted threads (even after doing my intro member post). I'm a junkie when it comes to collecting digital awards and badges...just ask my Apple Watch

I have apple and I’m still missing trophy points.
I’m hoping this gets worked out soon
