Mites? Fowl pox? Something else?

I’m at a loss with my beautiful Gia. She’s always had a poopy butt so she gets bi weekly baths and I trimmed her feathers.
At first I thought she had vent gleet since there was whitish stuff consistently around her vent. I cleaned her multiple times and applied Lamosil. That seems gone but she still has a vent that always looks dry and like stuff is on it. It washes off with a bath but her bum feathers always feel gritty and I have to work to remove it, only to do it again the next time. She’s a patient chicken.
Today she had what I thought was good all over her face. Not food.
I’ve dusted everyone for mites a month or so ago and everyone else is fine. How do I get my poor girl healthy. She’s acting, eating and laying like normal!

I cant really tell if its lice or mites from the photo. Doesn't matter though, dust her with Permethrin, its the thing that works the best. Much better than DE. Dust the entire flock again, its easier to do it at night when they are on the roost. You may also need to spray the coop down with permethrin spray. I recommend trimming more feathers around her vent (an inch under her vent, roughly). In the hot weather, its normal for hens to poop poops with more water. The main thing to prevent is flystrike. Some hens are extra fluffy or they can be lazy pooper too. Trimming may help a bit. The dried white is urates from the poop.
