I have a few mixed breed pullets. Not expecting anyone to have a difinitive answer, but any ideas what these guys are mixes of? I have some very unique girls! I'm assuming a lot of these are Easter Eggers. I have a few guesses myself and will include them at the top of the pictures :) The breeder had a lot of unique and hard to get breeds so they could be a bit of anything really!

I'm assuming this is some form of splash Easter Egger, maybe part Faverolles or Legbar? Has a pea comb.

Again, another Easter Egger with Andalusian or maybe even Silkie? Has a small single comb.

This one is confirmed from the breeder to have Ayam Cemani in it, but the white blotches and the black head quiff have me wondering what the other parent was! It's also got a bit of a V comb/Buttercup comb.

This looks to be a Wyandotte (blue laced red), she's got bright yellow legs and a grey/blue underbelly. I think this may be the only pure breed out of the bunch, but she may also be mixed.

And then we have this one... I have no idea what this is. It's got a legbar style head quiff. Buff and white coloured feathers, a v-comb/buttercup comb. It's a lovely bird, very friendly little thing. It's got an eye issue in it's right eye but can see out of it ok. Is that a Buttercup comb? Maybe Chamois Spitzhauban mix Legbar?

Thanks for your inputs in advance! <3

They are all beautiful.

1 looks to have the dominant white gene. It could be a Leghorn/Araucana cross, but I'm thinking buff laced (Chamois) cross because of the buff/gold coloring.

2 looks pretty close to the UK type of Araucana, but has a single comb, so probably a cross of that breed.

3 Ayam Cemani crossed with silver Polish or silver Appenzeller spitzhauben is my bet.

4 I'm not sure if I'm seeing a little crest on this one or not, right by the comb. Otherwise it looks like a pure blue laced gold Wyandotte. Should have yellow legs if that's the case.

5 Yeah, I think chamois Spitzhauben or buff laced Polish is one parent. The other parent could be many things but I'm thinking Sussex or Orpington because of the pure white legs.

These are just guesses.

They are awesome guesses!

There is no crests on the Wyandotte and she has bright yellow legs 😁

It's funny because I bought two 'creme legbars'. I expected quiffs/crests from them. Now they are grown I think are easter eggers or welbars as they have no crests. Ordered these eggs earlier this year and got so many crests and quiffs when I expected none 😆

I know the breeder had some spitzhaubans, polish, houdans, ayams, a bunch of other crazy hard to find breeds and some more popular too so it's impossible to know what they really are but I love how unique they are, not one was the same 😁
