Some of our eggs are getting moldy on the inside. No outside deformities or signs of mold. I believe all of the moldy ones are around month old (but i can't say for sure, i just started writing the date on them). Not washed, not refrigerated, the house is air conditioned so it's not to hot in here. It's multiple hens, but all my girls seem healthy. Please, any advice. I give eggs to my neighbors and i don't want anybody to get sick or complain that i have sick girls.

can you get the picture of the mold? it sound strange to me. if the mold looks like small ball black in color, its particles from the medication you gave your girls. they're normal but you don't eat them, just remove them from egg and use the egg.

How are you handling and storing them? If the bloom js still intact nothing should be able to get inside the egg. Of course it could be already inside the egg , in which case i have no idea. Refrigerating right from the start may help

I know that some people do not refirgerate their eggs, but if mine aren't used within a couple of days, they are eaten or refrigerated. Actually i collect eggs twice a day, and put them in the fridge the same day most of the time. I give any eggs away when they are a week old so someone else can enjoy them. Holding them a month with refigeration in the summertime could be a problem, but staphylococcus and pseudomonas bacteria, and fungus can cause the black discoloration.

I collect eggs throughout the day, basically i check every time I'm in their area. I now date each egg when it comes in, they all go in egg cartoons in order they come in. They're not washed or refrigerated. If they're dirty i use them within a day or two, even if i just cook them for the dogs.

I just don't understand how they can get moldy on the inside. If my girls are sick and laying bad on the inside, what can i do? What could be wrong with my girls?

it looks black to me and almost what i guess it could be, particles or residue from medication. But you claim they're not on medication. so, make sure you don't store the in warm areas as they may start the hatching process. Any change in temperature may trigger the hatching process. Dont keep your eggs too long, say more than 2 wks.
