Moving due eggs??

I need to move a sitting when due to others attacking her on the nest. Her baby is due anyway and the air sac is very prominent. Can I move the egg without damaging it?

Moving the egg is no problem. The problem is that the hen may break broodiness. Isn't there some way you can keep the others away from her nest.

They are keeping her from eating by pecking her when she gets up.

Could you put up some kind of wire or fence around her nest to keep them away and place some food and water inside that area?

I have put her and her eggs into a large dog kennel inside the 10x12 shed/coop.I hope the eggs will do fine ..I was as gentle and quick as possible
