my barred rock ate a cuban tree frog!!

i have looked them up and this is def a Cuban Tree Frog They are everywhere here in Central Florida. Everything I've read on them says they produce poisonous secretions on their backs... My chicken ate one! should I be worried? I haven't found any info on them and chickens. Any help would be great... should I give my girls anything???

I know people keep them as pets. The secretion is listed are burning and irritating not toxic so hopefully it's just an upset tummy.
