My Brown Chinese/ Toulouse cross gosling?

So I had purchased eggs from eBay and the seller claimed that he had those two breeds along with buffs. I was told that it looks mostly like the cross that I had posted in the title. I was just wondering if the gosling would grow a knob or not. There doesn’t seem to be even the slightest bump as of now

Thank you, I think the combination turned out beautiful too. I haven’t found many photos online about what the hybrid might look like so maybe this post will help.
I also wonder what gender it is, furthermore if it will be sterile as I have read mixed research on that topic.
