My Cayuga looks shaggy

Hi there, I have a flock of four Cayugas and recently one has begun to look rather shaggy. What could wrong wrong with her?

Could you post some photos of her? It may be something simple, like she’s about ready for a molt, or she is molting, or maybe she’s lost some water proofing.
