One of my hens has been missing for almost a week she finally showed up this morning and now she has a really bad wound on her head . She wasn't like this when she left. My boyfriend said looks like burn marks she has a few blisters on her face but not anywhere else

Welcome To BYC

A few more clear, well lit photos would be helpful.

How many roosters do you have?

I do see where her comb is torn and a lot of scabs.
Tips of comb look to have some damage, possible it's Frostbite if you are in a colder climate and she's been exposed to the elements. Could just be damage from picking or biting, hard to tell.
Feather loss and scabbing along back of head/neck looks similar to being scalped by a rooster or flock mates. Sometimes from a predator, but usually skin and feathers are torn and hanging if it's predator damage.

I would clean the scabs and wounds with Chlorhexidine or Saline. Apply triple antibiotic ointment to help soften them up a bit.

If she's been missing and likely not eating/drinking, then work on hydration first. Sugar water or electrolytes. Once hydrated, offer a small amount of wet or dry poultry feed.

Could she have gone broody and been hiding on a nest somewhere?
