My chickens will not lay

I have a mix flock with Polish chickens, silkies, and some regular bantams. I have ducks and guineas. All of which hatched on July 1 so far none have started laying. I’m getting kind of worried but is Texas and it is a bit chilly right now. I even bought fake eggs and put them in there and nothing has happened other than they keep bearing them in the shavings. Any advice onto why they are not laying. They’re already on a high protein feed in the summertime. I typically move them into the same feed, but mix it with scratch. They get plenty of water. Plenty of sunlight a day.

They'll start when there's enough light.
Don't mix in scratch, it's a very minor treat.
