my coturnix quail layed a purple eggs

Being from Missouri I strongly second that, lol!! Can you take a quick pic through the viewing window? I would so LOVE to have a purple egg! Very jealous now.......

I too have gotten a purple egg before. I saved it.... I will go look for it.

Here it is. It came from normal size/ color coturnix. This is the only purple egg I have ever gotten. whenever I get an interesting egg, I usually save it. I have coturnix quail eggs that are the same size as OEGB eggs! I was amazed.
