My DH made cheese tonight...

He made Mozzarella for the first time with all of the cheese making things I bought him back in April for his birthday.
He tried it once before but something didn't come out right, the curds didn't form.
This time, it went perfect. And I thought it was tasty!

Now I've got to get him good at making other types so I can justify getting dairy goats!

We took a cheese making course in Mass last year. We make queso blanco and mozzarella. I want to try cheddar and some others. Just got a small fridge that we can use for aging. We'll have to wait until after butchering season is done. No time now.
