My ducklings won't stop crying?! What do I do?

I got 2 duckling about 3 days ago and one if they won't stop crying!? They have food,water, and a stuffed animal so they can cuddle but it doesnt work, it won't stop crying? Any tips or suggestions...I need help asap

Heat lamp provided? Wet the feed to a soupy mix.....

Hang a mirror for them so it looks as though more Ducklings are in the brooder....

How old are they? Does the duckling calm when you or another human is present? An imprinted duckling will scream of death when human flock is out of eye range.....possible it imprinted before getting to you...,

They are calm when I'm around and they are with me and maybe I think they are just getting used to the new place but thanks

I'm barely going to get the heat lamp I think that's the problem but yea i wet the food.

At first they need heat....just babies and would be under Momma to keep warm....

Don't need as much heat as Chicks...shine it so they can either get under it or away from it..They will let you know if they are happy ...

Ours is doing a normal quack all the time and the streaming one when I leave her to go to the toilet or when we are in bed we have tried everything putting a Teddy in her bed, the mirror thing and many people have said get another but this ducking was meant to be a friend for our 2 year old duck and when they are together she is still screaming we are stuck on what to do.
