My female roller pigeons are very territorial

I would put a few nest boxes on a self. one pair would claim a nest box on the self.
the male dose not care if other pigeons go on the self
but once the female see's that there is another pigeon besides her mate
on the self she chases them off not letting them nest in the nesting boxes.
i don't know what to do please help.

I am experiencing the same problem. I should have put a vertical nesting area than a vertical perching area then another vertical nesting area instead of a long shelf with nesting boxes every 2'.. Live and learn I may have to revamp things.In my case it is not going to be a big problem fortunately my nesting boxes are independent of each other and mounted with screws.
