Fox took 5 of my chickens and only 2 left, one was very depressed, she was getting a little better that Fox broke into their run (chewed through the wire) at night, two weeks after first attack, and surprisingly my 2 chickens survived. But the depressed one got much worse and stopped eating. I think she only eats as much as she doesn’t dye. Her poop is liquid. She doesn’t lay eggs or even go to the nesting boxes but she sounds a bit like a broody chicken. She makes broody like sound when I get close to them.
They’re sleeping inside of the house atm and in the morning I take them back to the run. How can I help her to recover faster and eat food?

She had a sister very close and they were sitting in one nesting box together to lay egg. Fox took her:(

Thank you

She may have an egg broke in her or internal injuries.
Do you have any calcium tablets?
The fox didn’t touch her I have cameras. But she was on the coop floor after the attack. She must have fallen from the top purch which both used to sleep on.
What to do with calcium tablets? I can get some for her.
I always put the egg shell for them and they take as much as they need. They don’t take the shells from the shops.

If an egg broke in her, she needs help pushing it out.
Just normal calcium citrate from the grocery store.
