I found Wayne's Custom Coops out of Carrollton by chance. He has a Facebook page and I am so happy I found him! If you live in Georgia and can't/don't have time to built your own, his are very VERY reasonably priced, tons of thoughtful details, construction is excellent! He is the nicest person - his wife and daughter help him and they are wonderful!
I picked the colors to match my house. The bottom section is hardware cloth. Metal roof - there is not a single nail in the whole structure. It's all screwed together, really good quality wood. The two runs are separated by a hardware cloth panel so you can use one side for new additions to your flock and let them get used to each other before you mix them. It's 24 feet long by 8 feet wide. 4 nesting boxes which can be accessed by the drop down panel shown in this picture:

There are two doors - one on each end (shown below) and Wayne puts in a tension rod so it stays square and doesn't sag. The hutch can be accessed from both runs.

Big door on the back to open wide for cleaning. Wayne puts in really pretty natural wood perches - looks like they were cut from a pine tree. He builds them at home and brings the whole thing in sections on the back of a landscaping trailer. He put the whole thing together in about 3-4 hours.

I've filled in around the base and have put down paving stones all around it to keep away diggers.
I can recommend him 1000%. You can find him on Facebook - he also has delivered some to Alabama and Tennessee. The girls and I are sleeping better at night!!
I want another one!!!
