Our two Brahmas decided to molt dramatically at the same time. We've been dealing with a heatwave, they've been miserable. The bottom hen was chased down by our three Australorps and they attacked her pretty badly. She seems okay as far as that goes (they did draw blood but I got her out immediately, the damage wasn't too bad). Since, we decided to bring the two ladies in, the attacked lady was a no-brainer given all of that (she loves it indoors), the other has just been so low energy since she started molting, I was worried she'd be the next target and they're bffs. Because of the heat + molting we weren't too worried about the poo situation, but bringing the girls in, our attacked girl's leavings situation has been concerning. Attaching a couple of images, but there have also been much more just liquid runs and like partially undigested situations, ranging in color from normal brown to forest green, two occasions with what look like green pellets? The brown on the truly ugly green carpet was Tues, Weds was the mossy green. Today it's looking better, more brown and closer to normal, but I'm highly concerned and we can't get her to a vet immediately.

This hen has been through the ringer the past couple of months, broody (very stubbornly) straight into molting during heatwave, the fight, I imagine bringing her in isn't the best emotionally for her either (but I think better than sitting in 103 degree heat). Is it possible that it's just wild amount of stress, or any ideas what this is? :(

What all and how exactly are you feeding them?

Since bringing them in (later Monday I want to say) free access to usual Purina layer feed and water. We've split a scrambled egg between the two for two days, they get about a dozen mealworms ea. When outside they had free access to bucket feeder and waterer, they'd get a little Impeckables Fruit and Worms treats (maybe a tsp ea) and blueberries or veg scraps when we have them (I think last scrap offering was salad leavings maybe a week ago). Environmentally, aside from redwood trees the landscape is otherwise pretty barren right now. There is a rosemary bush they like to stand on but don't seem interested in eating.

I'd cut out everything but the layer feed and maybe some scrambled eggs, see if that changes the droppings.

Yeah I think it is slowly improving from the already more limited diet, was suspecting something in the range of stress/dehydration, just don't want to overlook anything. Thank you. :)
