Will sit here and sweat while we await power restoration and pray that a badly leaning, creaking tree from the storm doesn't crush the coop and run.
Worked for several hours on hurricane clean up. Not finished yet.
Ate a PBJ for lunch.

Got blood work done for a 'wellness' visit on 10/21
Worked a dog that is going to a field trial on Sunday
Mowed the back lawn and part of the front lawn

Added skunk #6 to my soil improvement program.

Made turkey salad and ate a couple of sandwiches.

I worked a full shift
I tended to the critters, helped with dinner, and did laundry

Got to West Virginia safely, tried to submit the survey for the land to the county, they needed a larger copy, went to survey company to get larger copy, gave proper survey to the county. Found out the survey company sent the original survey to the registered agent(opened an LLC to buy the land) and the registered agent never forwarded us the original survey. Where the heck are they?

I practiced organ for the funeral tomorrow.
I narrowly avoided being in a three car accident.
I will change the ink cartridge in the printer.

Started clean up post Hurricane Milton and clearing out a fallen tree the fell 4 days after Helene. After going out tonight to lock up the chickens looked around nd thought man did we really even put a dent in all of the tree debris that fell. Two huge piles and growing. Anyone want to bring the hot dogs and marshmallows as we will be having a huge once the wind is not blowing. LOL With no electric yet may be the way of cooking in the coming days.

I will pretend I slept good at the hotel, we will hike our land and mark the trees we want timbered. I'm so glad we had to get a bigger copy of the survey, it makes it so much easier to see the gps coordinates. Dang eyes are getting old!

Went to town - Amish market (which was closed?) and Home Depot
Finished mowing lawn - last time for the year?
Worked 3 dogs
