It's not on network, and we don't stream or have any prime channels or pay-for TV. So hubby will monitor the score online every now and then. What, no Lions game drama?
It rain a lot here at the moment, so the environment has lots of moisture in it, uncomfortable as it is and worse having to do such a big job like removing wallpaper and paint as well.Just curious, what does rain have to do with it? Does it make the wallpaper harder to remove?
It’s the worst project ever - at least here. The original owner attached it directly to the drywall, then mudded over it, and then painted it. And then I painted over all that.
That makes sense! It rain a lot here at the moment, so the environment has lots of moisture in it, uncomfortable as it is and worse having to do such a big job like removing wallpaper and paint as well.
Many years ago we removed wallpaper in one of the rooms, we hired this little plate thing to remove the wallpaper. We just put it onto the wall, steam came out from this thing soften the wallpaper, then we just need to peel it off and washed the walls to remove residual glue.
I remember it was a big job and it was just 1 small room.
This is the kind of work that best done in winter season, it is physically more comfortable to do it in cooler weather.
Good thing the weather is cool over there. That makes sense!
We have a steamer too, it helps with removing the glue but like I said, they glued directly to the drywall (and apparently you’re not supposed to do that). It’s the worst job I’ve ever undertaken at this house!
