What is the best wireless wi-fi nanny cam you can have to watch your babies? What does everyone else here use? I'm getting mixed reviews on Amazon. I can't make up my mind LOL

Well, I didn't care about the hackers either until everything you just told me LOL I definitely don't want anybody scaring my babies. Oraround my house. It's for the brooder while I'm at work.Wyze seems to be the name that comes up most often, I'm researching too. Reading reviews, I found one that talked about them being vulnerable to hackers. I don't care about the viewing, but the poster said the hacker was watching, talking to, and purposely disturbing his infant in the middle of the night!I wouldn't want some jerk yelling at my chickens just to be a jerk while they were roosting.
If audio isn't required, maybe covering the speaker port would work? I'm sure the hackers could turn the audio back on if it were simply off.
Whatever you get, I would suggest using the security features, although the poster said they were all in place and still got hacked.
He actually heard the person on two separate nights, but another red flag was the camera position was often changed from where they left it. (Camera could pan and the hackers were looking around).
Just thought I'd share that fwiw.
Okay thank you very much. Who thought finding a cam for your chickys would be so COMPLICATEDI just re-read my post and realized that I wasn't clear. The camera review I read was NOT a Wyze camera. I looked a bit and can't find the exact one, if I do I'll provide a link.
I am pretty paranoid myself LOLThis is the one I was referring to:
https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B01CW4BLG8...imm_FK6NJW26NV19X66J2R9B?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
It has good reviews overall. When I saw the review about it getting hacked, it made me think. I'm no computer expert, so things like this make me leary. I've read that vulnerable things like these cameras, wifi lamp timers, appliances (our range is connected to wifi), etc., can potentially be a hackers entry point to your entire home network. Hopefully someone with more knowledge can chime in. Maybe I'm just paranoid?
I just want a camera!![]()
