Natural remedies for corryza

I have a chicken that had symptoms of a disease, which I think is corryza. Bubbles in its eye, drops coming out it's beak and today for a short period its eye was shut.

Is there any way to treat this disease without antibiotics (Tylenol)
I don't know if I'll be able to find it where I live and with the lockdown situation I can't afford to be spending too much

Does anybody know any natural remedies ?
