need advice/help asap !!

I have a baby pigeon that I’ve rescued along with some other but this one in particular started acting off yesterday it can’t move that much and it doesn’t eat or drink water which is strange because it was eating/drinking a few days ago,I’ve moved it into my house and tried giving it sugar water but it doesn’t drink itI don’t know what else to do

Give it some water with a syringe to keep him hydrated, I don't know what else to do. It seems pretty young maybe somewhere a little bit over a month? At that age, their parents still feed them. Maybe give some food too, he might be weak from not eating enough.

thank you so much I’ll try that and it still is young but they started to eat seeds on there own along with drinking water so I didn’t think to feed them through a syringe anymore since all 5 of them been fine until this one in particular seemed off yesterday
