Need directions on eyeworm and Lysol

Its Sunday, Lysol is all I can get. Where is the lacrimal sac, and how do I apply the 5% Lysol solution? I bet that stuff will sting pretty bad.... Please dont tell me I have to use a syringe

I dont have one... Help please!!! That eye looks like its gonna drop out of the socket.

Here's some info about it. I have never dealt with it, thankfully. Are you sure it is eye worm? and is a vet a possibility?

Well, I may try the roof of the mouth thing, i just ended up using a q-tip and dabbing the eye. She didn't seem to mind at all, guessing the pain from the worm is worse than anything from a 5% Lysol solution. Been gone about 5 hours, so I am about to do a second dose. A broad spectrum dewormer sounds easier to administer, I will have to try that.

No, a vet is out of the question. I pushed around the swelling a bit, but I'm not gonna push hard enough to drive a worm out, if it is one. They do like to eat earwigs so maybe thats where she caught it, dunno actually. Been treating her with Tylan-50 as well, but except for the eye she seems healthy.
