Need some help and advise as its my 1st time

Hi can someone please help me this is my 1st time incubating and I'm sure my duck egg has died as there was a power cut last week in my whole area for 4 hours and the incubator switched off after that I noticed a red line inside my egg and there has been n9 change, there is a air sac and a little dark at top but as I said n9 change, the chicken egg i cant see whats going on as its a dark egg but has lots of patches on the shell, also doesn't seem to have changed.. I have 4 quail eggs and they are near impossible to candle so I don't k ow what's going on with them? Please can someone help me thanks so much

It wouldn't have died from the incubator being off for a few hours, can you get pictures of the egg being candled in a dark room?

Mother hens get off their nest usually daily, and sometimes for hours causing no problem. We've had members here have power outages for triple that long, and still had a successful hatch.
