Need to fix a dog muzzle

My kelpie cross decided that eating my fertile duck and chicken eggs was much better than wearing his training muzzle… he’s completely chewed the straps… the muzzle itself is metal as it’s also his “walking” muzzle as he’s dog aggressive when he goes for walk… does anyone know how I can fix it? I can post a pic of the remains lol if it will help… it was quite expensive and metal muzzles are quite hard to find in Australia.

Possibly small chain attached to the metal?
