Needing a new chicken coop

So, our chicken coop is very subpar, and I am wanting to get a shed or something to put as our new coops. Has anyone used something like this? Obviously putting in ventilation holes, lining it with hardware cloth (if it’s needed) and I figure putting in roosting areas and nesting boxes. Has anyone done this and had good experiences?
