New baby chick w/ beak issue

This chick hatched an hour ago. There is a flaw on its beak and when it breathes there is a faint clicking noise. Does anybody have any advice on how to proceed or what may have caused this imperfection? :(

I'd put a bit of antibiotic ointment on the beak and monitor. It looks as if it should be able to eat and drink.
