Hi I just got 5 booted bantam and two Easter Eggers. They are young just starting to lay. I would like to tame them there very wild . I do have some experience working with old bird. But not young birds and not anything super fancy. Just wondering if any one as any advice?

Treats and sweet talk are the way to go. I don't know about taming them completely, but a small amount of treats (greens or scratch) a couple times a day while talking to them helps them to become familiar and more comfortable with you. If you can rub their crop when they roost at night, this helps them get more comfortable with contact (most don't complain much with a little chest rub but if they are really wild, you might have to keep at it until they get comfortable with you).
