New duckling hatched!

Ive got a new mallard duckling that hatched yesterday around 1:45.
He’s in his brood box now and this is the food I have for him with small
Water dish. Is this ok/correct food? He doesnt seem interested in eating which worries me !

Anything for waterfowl chicks should be good. Try mixing the dry food with water and offer it to the duckling. Hopefully you have more than just one, they really want to be in a flock.

The duckling most likely will not be hungry for at least 24 hrs.
