New member from Addison, IL

Hi all!

I am currently renting in Addison, IL and recently have been looking to buy a home in the surrounding area. I know that Lombard, IL allows chickens but under confusing circumstances so i am just trying to figure out what town I'd be able to live in where I would be able to keep ducks in my backyard

Hi there!

Lombard does NOT allow chickens. I was part of the effort to legalize a little over a year ago. The Village Board voted almost unanimously against legalizing backyard chickens.

I'm not up on duck ordinances...but I'm guessing of you are in UNINCORPORATED DuPage county, you won't have any problems.
