New member with road island reds

Hello, started out with 10 hens. Gave away 1 bully. Recently one got pecked in the eye and is being rejected by others. Isolated it to doctor eye but put them together at times. Total rejection by others. They are not laying yet, soon. Will I be eating chicken soon?

Can you post pictures of the one that was pecked? She may have something wrong with her that is causing the rejection.
How much space do they have?

Hello thanks for replying. Can post pic of her tommorow. I just put her with the rest to sleep. She doesn't have feathers plucked but they got her eye and I've been putting terramycin in case of infection. She wants to be with rest but several don't want her. They have a 5x6 coop with a 6x20 run. I let them out to run around every other day. They eat scratch mix with egg layer.

The coop is tight.
You want to shoot for a foot of roost per bird.
I would add perches, litter and objects for the birds to fly up on and dig around in to the run.
