Oh heck yeah!
Hahahaha I love it! My old neighborhood didnāt allow chickens. I had four chickens. By the time they were laying, the neighbors found out my little secret and then the HOA found out. They said I would have to get rid of them or pay a fee. So they go their 10 bucks a month. I was kind enough though to not have roosters. That would have been jacked up.Take that HOA!
I couldn't live in a place that required me to have to conform to mob mentality requirements. I can't fathom it at all. Did the HOA charge you fees as well?Hahahaha I love it! I am super glad to you guys though!

Oh I agree. I do my best to avoid Communist living conditions.I've never heard of a good HOA. They don't pay your house bills and expenses, but have control over your property. If they paid my $2,356 yearly Prop taxes, maybe they can pick the paint color. Maybe, no promises
