Hi Eva, go to the Forums list. Click on Quail (or whatever forum you want).
*In the corner you'll see a box that says Post Thread, click on that.
**Once you do, a window will open where you can fill in the name of the Thread Title and type in your question or comment. Don't forget to click on the Post Thread button.
