New to chickens: Are these sickle and saddle feathers?

Hi everyone! I am very new to chickens, and I have so much still to learn. I live in a city where hens are allowed, but roosters are not. I have an Easter Egger, who I have wondered if it is a boy now for weeks based on how red the comb was at such a young age. I have actually asked before if people thought it was a pullet or cockerel, and the results were 50/50 as it was still pretty young. I was advised to wait and see if saddle and sickle feather grew in, and then I would be sure. My Easter Egger is now 12 weeks old, but I am not sure if what I am seeing is sickle and saddle feathers, or if I still need to wait longer. There is still no crowing, but I have a neighbor who keeps reminding me that we cannot have roosters, so I am trying to be proactive and not cause any issues. Thank you so much for all of your help!

so it's 12 weeks now? can you get a full profile photo including tail feathers? I had a barnvelder look like a rooster, then it started full on crowing, then after another week or so, laid it's first egg, LOL! Easter eggers are tricky for me to sex early because the neck feathers are extra stout and often look like sickle feathers even when they are hens. I'm not seeing saddle feathers on that one but it's perhaps still too soon.

as for the neighbor, you could turn the concern around and ask for assistance by explaining that there is no way to be sure that a chicken is not a rooster until they come of age and that if they hear crowing to please let you know right away and you will make sure to "rehome" it. I have explained all this to my neighbors and they seem more patient than they otherwise would be, in part simply knowing i'm not intending on trying to keep a rooster long term.

Tail male, Wing caps, male, Saddle ,Male Hackle, male. ....better pictures would help. lift the wing and get a pic of the base of the tail and a close up of the hackle feathers. What has me stumped is the Comb being so light. Could be the lighting.
