Hey there! New turkey owner here they are a day away from 6 weeks just got moved to new area by themselves after being in an area with some chicks. Came home to the tail area bloody (not super bloody) but also kind of mucus/clotty. I’m not sure if maybe it’s a tail feather that came out or if it’s stressed maybe? Bored? I know nothing got to it. The only thing that’s ever gotten to it is me and my kids but they haven’t actually held them since they were 2 weeks old. I did check to see any tail feathers were missing but didn’t see any that I notched. It isn’t very lethargic and doesn’t seem too down (anymore than usual) sorry to ramble just trying to get as much info as I can in! Any input would be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance

Looks like a blood feather got broken. Paint it with Rooster Booster Pick-No-More. If you don't, the others will start pecking at it and will not quit once they get the taste of blood.

My only question is if it’s a blood feather shouldn’t it be continuously bleeding? This isn’t
