Newborn Chicks

I need help on Monday my new baby chicks hatched and they were well. On Tuesday they were also well I even fed them water and food so that they wouldn't be un fed but this morning Wednesday I got back home from a class I had and discovered that they were laying down with their eyes close and weakly breathing. They are two chicks right now one is slowly getting up on is own and has already opened its eyes and started chirping but the other one is weakly breathing. I've gotten them near the heater to see if that will help other than that idk what else to do.

What's the temperature (high and low) in the brooder, and what is the heat source?

Newborn chicks don't need to eat, so when you said you fed them water and food at 24 hours, did you show them and see them eating on their own, or did you try to force them to eat and drink?
