I have 7 Belfelders, 6 of which are 21 weeks old, one is a rooster. One is a year and 2 months old! None are laying!! They are auto sex birds and I am trying to inculcate the eggs! But first I need some. What can I do to start laying

They technically free range, they have a chicken trailer that gets moved Daily
I see, so they don't have the ability to roam freely (that's usually what's meant by free ranging, people don't usually think of tractors when they say free range. Nothing wrong with it, just bringing it up for clarity's sake).

In that case, what's their diet including extras?

Yeah I know but they do free range out and about once every week, they eat scraps, 20-22% layer feed (depending on which store we go to) corn, and worms that we bring them once every two weeks

Your new birds could start laying any day now.

How long has the old hen been with the new flock? She could be stressed out if they were recently introduced. Have you had any extreme temps recently?
