noisy incubator?

I have a little giant incubator and the longer it runs the noisier it gets. Is this normal? It is making a pecking noise, I have tried to see what is going on but can't open the incubator for too long cause I don't want to risk losing the eggs, they have about 3 days to go. The noise seems to be coming from the automatic turner. Maybe its normal, Does anyone know?

Hi, you need to shut your automatic turner off if you only have three days left. Also, you want to "step away form the bator" and not open it. Opening it now till day 22 may cause you to lose chicks. The humidity and temp must stay stable-no peeking inside!
