Nurture right 360 rotation

I have tried to get my incubator to turn on its own. I did the rotation test thing and it rotated. I just don't know how to get it rotating consistently. This is my first-time incubating eggs, and I don't want to mess it up. I have a Nurture right 360, and I need some advice.

Update: If anyone saw my other post, I had told people the issue was fixed, but if anyone has any tips on how to raise Millie chickens, I am open to suggestions! Also, if anyone has suggestions on the proper way to raise mallard ducks, that would be great! Thank you everyone on this sight making sure other first timers know what to do (or other people who just have questions!)!
